The Tulip Chaise Lounge chair was designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort in 1965, a classic in the history of modern furniture. Pierre Paulin named it the “Tulip Chair” after the shape of the Tulip flower. The Tulip spreads its simple, half-open petals around the sitter. Its curves are extremely inviting, organic and soft. A matching Tulip ottoman is obtainable separately from the Artifort collection.
